Cafe Racer Build Epidsode 7 Looking Good

Here I finish weld the body work on the rear. I have to say it's been a ton of work and a super massive learning experience to figure all this out on my own. But damn, I think I did pretty good. I think it's easy breezy from hear on out but I'm sure I'll run into all kinds of troubles. Next I'm gonna mod the stock bars and mount the seat pan, tank and rear body work. Stay tuned! @chewa1983 I have a bunch of footage of some other projects like rust removal using electrolysis and a cheap shelving. I'll be getting back to work on the cafe this week maybe doing a compression check on the engine and some mounting the seat pan and dialing in the mounting for the rear body work.

I wish I had a wheel and hammer. I'll get some eventually but my next big tool purchase is gonna be a Doall band saw and a plasma. When I get a little better at machining and get my lathe tight and right I'll probably turn some wheels and make a frame. That's a ways down the road though. I think the thing came out real nice for never doing this before and having no tools. And it's spelled "Metal" btw.

Not bad I made a frame out of round bar first that works with the stock latch and hinge then used a English wheel from harbor freight to put mettle over it
