Mormons do not worship joseph smith any more than you may have respect for adam, abraham, moses, noah or any other prophet, he was a prophet, and salvation doesn't come by any other person except jesus. You have the right idea, just a slight misconception, we do not worship joseph smith. ;)

@hlgassaway My Advice - Just go out of your way to make as many friends as possible. I still have alot of life long friends that i met at EFY. They will be a great strength in your life. And of course. HAVE FUN.

@Miudofresco any advice for the Variety show? like what to do? better with a group or....... by myself???

@MsTwilight411 It all depends on what you want to do. If you like to sing or dance then do it alone or with someone playing a guitar or something for singing. Big groups are really fun, but you have to come up with something extra ordinary.
