Side by side comparison of Windows 7 Media Center with Siilicondust's HDHomerun versus NFL Game Pass online streaming service. Both feeds were live, and not replays (time shifts).
Please note the NFL Game Pass service is not a simulcast, but a rebroadcast, so there is a time difference in the two feeds.
The video is limited to 720p because of recording device (HTC Evo 4G), but the feed for MC7 is 1080i, and GP was up to 1080p. The audio was only the MC7 feed.
is it possible to record the matches and watch them for example the day after?
I'm from norway so all the matches is played in the middle of the night :P

@Gullhanen all the games are streamed. Included is a replay service, which the games are up within 24 hours. In my experience, they'll have something up within minutes of the game's conclusion; they just don't have the commercials cut out yet.
I understand. I work night shifts, so I watch a lot of replays. I also watch MotoGP, and four out of nineteen races are not staring at 2am PST.

It's just a HTPC, pc hooked up to the HDTV. The remote is a Logitech DiNovo Mini, which is a small wireless keyboard and trackpad combo, that can also act as remote control directional keypad.
In that video, the window on the right is the NFL Game Pass. The other window is local television through Silicondust's HDHomerun dual digital tuner using WIndows 7 Media Center.
There are some other devices used, but that's more because the HDTV is from 2000 because DVI and HDMI were even invented.
