I have had strange experiences with energy fields while meditating and was told to learn to ground myself before opening up again... What do you recommend for the "here-and-now meditation/mindful meditation/be in the moment" as you have suggested?

I've had similar experiences. It started with me seeing a various assortment of 'floating' colors. Later on, I began hearing voices, and seeing faces. Have fun, but do look into the dangers of third eye meditation. In short-- learn how to ground yourself (here-and-now meditation/mindful meditation/be in the moment. This is how to ground yourself). Sometimes you can get "lost" in this stuff and feel a lot of anxiety.

I ve been doing the third eye meditation for quite some time now ( i often do it in a dark room) and it feels great i feel relaxed, joyfull, full of life and energy,
at times my eyes hurt and become very sensitive to light ... I dont concentrate heavyly or strain my eyes in anyway, Please help
....i often see a dark blue light can you explain what that means ?

the only way that children and older people learn is by repeat
repeat and repeat again things, your soul and body developed memory!!! i am a teacher its a fact!!! that s the reason he repeats things so much! thanks for great video! peace!.
