  • Well, doctor said that if we don't eat any sugar after dinner and before 12:00 pm we will grow fast, because sugar slows down our growing process. And I know that we grow the most when we sleep so you need at least 9 hours a night of rest, i apply this w....howtogrowtallernaturally.­commm before i go to sleep and never eat sugar after the dinner. It has been a few months and the results are satisfiying.

    1: Drink loads of milk (even if you become a little fatter atleast you grow taller, you cant grow when your over 20 but you can always lose fat,

    2:Sleep alot: 9+ hours a day would do until you reach your designated height,

    I dont believe stretching or hanging would do anything, personally i don't do any of the stretches or pulls nor do i play basketball.
