For not pking for long you are decent. But somethings you should always remember is protect prayers and your 31 and 34 prayers for boosted attack and strength. Also when you brew make sure to drink restore pot, and double check ur stats to make sure everythings at its highest. Great job on using F keys for spec wep and work on eating at the right times. Other than that keep it up and good luck!
