  • Thank you, this was very helpful! Im taking my exam in two days, Are you saying this is about as difficult as the math part of the exam will get?

  • @mikegbmx

I have covered very simple examples and it is meant to be this way so that people understand the formulas and how to use them. With that said, if you understand the concepts, then yes, this is easy for you.

Very good! Good luck on your test! Let us know how it goes :)

  • I'm really struggling to calculate the Quantity to Dispense, can you make a video or direct me to a site where this can be explained easier?

  • Thank you very much! i loved you explanation,it helped me alot!

  • U are a life saver u make this so easy. thanks so much

  • Love how you explain things!! Thank you so very much:)

  • awesome. i want to get certified!

  • IN THIS EXAMPLE i DIVIDED 250MG BY 5 ML WHICH EQUALS 50. THEN I DIVIDED 350MG BY 50 THE AMOUNT WAS 7, IS THIS CORRECT? OR AM I JUST STUPID? HAHAHAHAHA

  • Thank you for creating such a video, and sharing it with us. I enjoyed the educational content explained at a comfortable speed. Very clear and easy to listen to. Thanks again!

  • Great video! Thanks for your help! I was wondering does the PTCB test on the apothecary system currently? I have come across questions that mention grains and scruples but I'm not sure if they are older questions and since they are not used much nowadays, do they still show up on the PTCB exam? Thanks!

  • For this example, wont it be easier to place 250mg/5ml as is.. 250mg divided by 5ml = 50mg per 1ml.. and from this right away you know that you need 350 instead of 250, so you just need to add 2ml more from the original. So, you need 7ml to equal 350mg
