@KaratePhone The audio levels ARE weird, as shown by the intro bit but it's more a fault of the music video that was broadcast itself (opposed to the video recording of it uploaded by the user) as it appears it was intentionally mixed lower for this production. On the album version the intro bit is mixed at a volume much more closer to that of the rest of the song.
