This is a TV report about a summer camp for Chechen children in Finland in July 2006. The film is in Finnish, but interviews in Russian. Also included the infamous speech of Putin, when he threatened to castrate a journalist who dared to question about Chechnya.

Do you know who rules Chechnya now? You probably think that Putin, who conquered those poor peasants? Well I'll tell you, that their "tzar" as you call it, is Ramzan Kadyrov. Who was killing Russian soldiers during First Chechnya campaign, but later on surrendered and made a deal with bloody Putin, so now according to this deal he fights his own nation and keeps order in Chechnya and Putin pays him with our tax-payers' money as Chechnya and Ramzan himself always needs dotations.
