I can do this. I guess the best way to describe the method is to create an air pocket under your tongue and kind of "slip" the bubble from underneath it by scooping it with the tip of your tongue. Takes practice and time to master but once you do you can never stop lol. It helps me to chew a piece of gum first to get the juices flowing.
