what kind of material are the dies made from? Are they hardened before, or after the machining?

We machined dies using the 4 axis Moore Nantoech and injectin plastics lenses for mainly lighting industry and LED applications

More video please and can you describe what the jobs are actually for. The appear to be for optical assemblies like tail light lenses etc.
