where will the Intercity 225 go when you put it back on the layout or will you just wait until the new layout next year for it to run again?

@GrandCentral00 - I may be able to make a siding for it in the conservatory - and it already has a place on the new layout too.

how do u get ur track so straight
jmsschooner 10 months ago
@jmsschooner - getting right down and looking down it - making micro-adjustments until it's straight. You can also use something called 'track-setta' which are basically metal rods that go between the rails.

hmm, interesting, the Peco 3 way point is generally quite good. We use them a lot on my mates garden railway with no problems, and I've got one on my railway. What stock was coming off on it? Hornby stuff is generally extremely variable when it comes to wheel back to backs. Standard they aint sadly.

@matthewpeter - pretty much everything was coming off. The problem is being looked into and an engineering solution will be found ;)
