Ghost Tracking Dog

This is Meiko the ghost hunting dog. He's investigated some of the most notorious haunted locations in the country. Like most animals, he's capable of detecting the presence of spirit energy. He's a great watch dog and displays a different behavior consistent with the subject he's alerting me to. This is his "spirit" alert. Most dog owners wouldn't encourage this behavior, but I'm a professional paranormal investigator. His ability is just one of the many tools I use in the field to capture evidence.
The following phenomena was visible to me only through the camera. But, as you can see, Meiko can visually track the orb's movement. (Keep in mind that dust wouldn't hold his attention like this, nor would it change direction under the current conditions.) The chimney flue and windows are closed, and no air is on.)
After observing the dog's reactions for a couple of minutes, I noticed orb activity in front of and near the fireplace!

I thought this comment was important because it seems to be a common misunderstanding. It DOES take a lot of time, training, and research to understand the difference between the two. A seasoned investigator can spot a ball of energy versus particulate matter by using a variety of tools, scientific principals, and logical observation.

Whoa, I don't know if anybody has commented this before, but at 1:23 - 1:24, there's something black over the fireplace, kinda looks like an ashtray and it slightly moves really quick! Anybody see it? wtf!

Yeah, I've seen that too. I doubt it's anything paranormal, probably technical glitch. All the orbs on the other hand...that happens all the time.

There's tons of them from different directions throughout the video. At about 1:50 they start coming out of the fireplace in clusters. I've done many test shots to rule out soot or ash too.

@mtbpuplover I had a malamute, he did that once as well. Just stared next to this bench for a few minutes. I called him and he ignored me. Never saw him do it again.

I am an Investigator and have been for quite a few years, I have 4 dogs but only one that can see spirits and light breeds,,His name is ACE and is about the same as Meiko,,he will follow the Light Breeds with his head..He also has different alert styles for Human, animal or spirit. Ace goes with me on all my Investigations and he loves the Spirits..But if he gets near one with bad energy I know right away because he will make a beeline straight for the car, so much for protecting his master,,lol

I have a malamute and he does this as well. It is the strangest thing. My husband and I have always known that he was looking at some sort of spirits. He stares very intently like he does at humans although we can't see anything.

At 1:22 that black thing on the corner of the fireplace moved. The front of it mainly just twitched and there was a weird sound.

Then just a few days ago, after I had returned to work ( I work on a boat for 4 weeks at a time) , he had another chilling experience, the same kind as before but when she started to walk out of his room he pointed and said "bye bye, mean doggies" . Now I don't believe in ghosts whatsoever but I gotta say, this is kinda f*****g strange. Can anyone comment? Or have similar occurrences? Thanks.

My 2 1/2 year old son recently had a experience with something... Strange. He's been sleeping in his own room now pretty much since he was about 1 or so. One night while I was at work my wife was awakened by a different cry from normal, she went to check on him and he had tears of fear coming down his face, and when she asked what was wrong he simply pointed. So she brought him to our bedroom for the night. TBC

Something similar happened with my dog in 2006. I've had problems with spirit entities since the early 90s. I adopted a dog in No. Calif. in 2006. One day she left the room and ran into my mother's bedroom and jumped onto her bed. She sat staring at something in the corner near the ceiling. I tried to coax her out of the room, but she wouldn't budge. Then she flopped onto her back with her feet in the air, still staring up into the corner. She lay there for a good 15 minutes before she got up.
