Kazakhstan Society in the United Kingdom is a non-profit student community officially supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the United Kingdom and the British-Kazakh Society. It was created as the result of joint efforts of LSE Kazakhstan Society and UCL KazAct in 2002, with the primary goal to serve as a communication and entertainment centre among Kazakh and British students in the UK. Since then it has been growing steadily, attracting student members from universities all over the UK.
