http://SmokingStrobes.com - Doing it exactly like the great masters of photography... a bullet proof way to avoid success with your photography business. Because times have changed. What made photographers successful a decade ago is completely different from what makes you successful today. However, it's not not hard to spot your personal path to photography success, once you have a clear view about the fundamentals that have changed. So I thought I should share with you the thing that I call the climate change in photography.

Exellent presentation, Although I don't agree with the role of technology as you decribe it. Technology has been a major game changer. The cost of good equipment (dslr, processing software) has dropped to the extent that anybody now has access to great equipment at a low price. And software has greatly simplified the skill set needed to produce great images. This has levelled the playing field.

So very true. This explains very well what I have come to realise happened in the world of photography back in the 2000. Adapt and change or die is a good way of putting it. I see the Dino's everywhere still. I even know of of Dino's who have given up and closed down because they didn't want to change. Like your vids cousin Michael.
