*Update* One Month into Sun Gazing

After Sun Gazing for a month here's my update. I stopped following the HRM guide to sungazing and just did what I felt comfortable doing before my eyes got sore.

I had a similar experience With the surge of energy/information/Holy spirit or whatever you want to call it but it entered through my crown chakra and for a while i've been trying to decipher if i had a mental breakdown or if it was a necessary step in my spiritual evolution. i'm still not done trying to figure it out but it puts my mind and ease knowing i'm not the only person to encounter it. anyways keep plugin down that rabit hole bro and i'll do the same. pce

@tevt1 Yea its a definite influx of mental energy that we're not used to regulating in the day to day life in an ordinary lifestyle. It's been ten months since though and alot has changed spiritually its been a constant ascension since, I've been trying to make more videos to keep people in the loop still from a grounded perspective

Thanks 4 the video,great experience...Eye recently woken up and still sleep toward other things but I'm on the same journey as you,My mind been threw weird things when eye was younger and it was scary but now I'm ready 2 see the truth
