Seeking Regional VP of Regional Development

(Atlanta, Georgia / Chicago, Illinois)

Publicly traded company who has enjoyed over six decades of business growth as a buyer, seller, developer and manager of real estate with a primary portfolio focus in retail shopping centers, office buildings and master planned communities.

Candidate qualifications required include, major shopping center experience and the ability to develop and maintain strong anchor tenant relationships. The experience to advance new development opportunities and enhance value for managed portfolio. Significant department store and big box tenant experience, and strip centers, as well as understand various facets of alternative formats of retail development.

This position will oversee a region and direct the development and/or re-development of projects related to new and/or existing regional shopping centers, and will establish and lead a project team to implement new and redevelopment approved strategic plans.
