Optionally lock bicycle inside the carrier using a Yakima SKS lock core. Also, when the Yakima Sprocket Rocket skewer is inserted and locked closed using a Yakima lock core, it prevents anyone from being able to pull up the red tab on the SprocketRocket head assembly and steal the bike rack itself.
