Ya Europe is doing it...multi billion dollar carbon credit frauds, huge increases in the price of food, gas etc AND..most importantly, and INCREASE in total carbon output. If you "make the big polluter pay" at the production end, that increases the costs of production...and who's going to pay for that? You are when you buy the product. Get a clue Jack.
