The west take its recent dominance as granted - but they completely ignored the 5000 years of Chinese advancement, you think we just sat and do nothing to bring China to now?

Remember when we had the resources and the great advancements in ancient times, we didn't strut about like America now and go "peace-keeping" or convert people to the "beter life"

Because Confucious told our ancestors to respect other people's way of life, and to obtain peace is not to cause problem - even if it's for the "better" - the "better" is just an excuse

So if we didn't meddle with you lots' internal affairs then why are you meddling with our's now?

I am not suprised the statistics that showing 57% Africans prefer Chinese over Westerners!! because, Africans know westerners like no other society. westerners treated, and back-stapped Africans after they welcomed them in their lands. I feel sorry for the westerners for the lost effort, and luck of repected they earned even after subconjugating Africans for the last 200 years.

I have to agree with you. Some comments are irrelevant here, but relevant only if this a video about inhuman practices in China. So please watch the video by all means, both critical comments and supportive comments are to be heard, but let's not deviate from the topic, which is about growing political power of China. If you people want to post comments on social issues, post it in videos that address that. These people am sure have failed their comprehension paper,because it was out of context.

I come here seeking knowledge about the rise of China and yet again. The argument is all aobut race I'm sick of it, even videos about Chinese.

Investment in Africa the comments focus on race and not economics don't these people.
