Pastor Zachery Ex-wife Selling His Funeral Tape

On August 20, 2011, Zachery Tims was laid to rest. His funeral, though many hoped would be streamed live on the Internet, was private and closed to the public and media. The Christian Post spoke with a member who attended the service, T.J. Bristol, who stated that Tims' face appeared peaceful, serene and had a smile on his face. The death of Zachery Tims stunned the nation as the popular, Charismatic pastor was frequently seen on The Word Network and TBN, giving him a much larger audience than his congregation of approximately 7,500. Zachery Tims was known to have personal struggles and there is a possibility his death is drug related; but he is also known as a great man of God and a wonderful teacher with a compassionate heart for those hurting. He may also be known for operating under the gift of prophesy as a new video shows Tims' preaching and apparently prophesying his own death.

@nickidrae Feedig the poor means nothins if the leadership is crooked. Again I will say that our "today's church" does not follow the Book of Acts church where miracles were performed on a daily basis. I will continue to doubt the mega church as well as ALL of the "so-called" Christian TV and radio stations because holiness is not preached. Only money and prosperity which is not the "gospel" of Christ.

I look at Mr timms photos in the last months of his life here..His EYES were very big and sad..It looked like something was really bothering Him..He knew he messed up and IM sure he had a very HEAVY Heart with GUILT to top it off..Having his money and people connections 2 bad he didnt get the HELP he needed.Most folks do Drugs becuz they are in PAIN.Very Sad situation

The truth of the matter is learn God's word for yourself! Please move on, it hurt me to think that some people still think he alive. This becomes a different situation...and is dangerous! Know Christ for yourself the holy spirit is still teaching! I pray for those to move on and not judge. Be careful!!!

@onstageagain I agree with you. The drugs and the affair with the Ho should have sent a clear sign to the congregation that something was afoul. But I am sure that in that church, they were taught not to talk about the manna gawd, were fed select scriptures about judging others and turned a blind eye to the obvious. If so, then yeah I want to know what the hell happened. And for your other note, the cause of death will not be disclosed in "due time" because big mama shut down the public release of the tox report. Mama know what probably happened.

@nickidrae when you get through quoting scripture, these people on here will still be as judgmental as before. that is who they have decided to be. i don't have a problem with someone correcting or helping me become more like Christ. @nickidrae B/C it WAS DRUGS! Nothing was done when mess hit the news & Tims was alive. After he dies b/c of some evil doing, we become self righreous & holy & its time to pray & love, Love & prayers should have started when first hearing of his problem, BEFORE not AFTER .The gap is now closed. Truth about his disobedience, adlutery, & drug use is not unknown & his lying spirit is not something that should not be spoken about just b/c he’s dead. He was a drug addict. Nuff said.
