She dropped her phone or something onto the floor and was reaching down to pick it up and veered into the oncoming lane. But she was very upset and admitted fault to everyone. Accidents happen.....she's just lucky he didn't die.

Bet she wouldn't worry about her phone if she was on a scooter. I'm very glad to hear that he survived that. It's women like this that make people think all of us are bad drivers. On the way home from work with my dad one day I saw a woman reading a book while driving. Another day, on the way to work this time, a man was on his laptop. Bad driving goes both ways. I will admit though, some people just shouldn't drive.
