Modern Warfare 2: Spec Ops - Snatch & Grab Veteran Guide Part 2 'The Hard Part' [PC]

I apologise for the standard of the video, this was one of the first ones I did and I was still playing around with effects and stuff like that. Also some of the text seems to go fast etc... I may just redo the whole thing at a later point once I get other videos up if people feel they don't understand what it is I'm saying.

This is part 2 of this mission; part 1 involves everything before capturing the Intel. That video will be up shortly. The main things you want to take note of from that video is I use the M240 Machine Gun and the Intervention Sniper. If you can avoid using the Intervention altogether until after capturing the Intel. as to save bullets. Also don't use any flash bang grenades before capturing the Intel.

Alright so I'll assume you've cleared the area around the Intel. After capturing the Intel make your way inside the plane and proceed to snipe everyone as shown at 0:40. You should have sufficient time to snipe everyone below but don't take too long.

You need to assume at least one juggernaut will appear in the distance. Sometimes he will be there as soon as you start sniping. Other times he may come down when you jump down. Either way expect at least one juggernaut from the front. In all the times I've tested this tactic I never encountered more than 1 juggernaut from the front.

Now probably the most important part.

After you think everyone is dead jump down and crawl under the space you were just sniping from. Being in this spot cause the juggernauts to be confused about where you are.

@ 1:59 - I did not realise a juggernaut was running towards me and this is why I didn't get inside the crawl space immediately. I don't notice this until at least a minute later.

There are a few examples of the juggernaut music playing and by crawling under the space it stops and everything seems fine.

@ 3:07 - Juggernaut is not moving towards me. If you can catch them early enough when they are coming down the hill they will also stop, but they may still attempt to shoot you anyway.

@ 3:50 - What you do next really depends on what happens. Go towards the extraction point along the left hand side of the map. If you don't hear any juggernaut music it is safe to just go to the exit as shown @ 6:45

If after the first juggernaut from behind is dead, as you start heading towards the exit you don't feel you will get a good distance away before the juggernaut from behind will spawn or jump down from the plane then go back under the crawl space and kill him as shown @ 6:13

Repeat as many times you feel is needed until you can make your way to the exit without the having to rush because a juggernaut is hot on your tail.

Most of the time I do this I snipe everyone, I jump down I see a juggernaut in the distance so I get him. I get up and kill the juggernaut that comes from behind and then I just make my way down to the exit at my own pace. What happened in this run is sort of the 'worse case' scenario you may get, which as you will see isn't really that bad.

This works solo or with a friend. Umm, yeah I think that covers all the important stuff for this strategy to work. I have tried the after sniping everyone 'just run and flash everyone technique' dealing with enemies in front and a juggernaut directly behind me got tiring after the first few times.

what do i do if jugganauts arnt coming from the plane

@spacerocks1234 If you are confident enough you can make it to about the middle road after the plane without Juggernauts causing you problems then just make your way to the exit.

It is wrong that the Juggers aren´t shooting, when you are under the plane. And the Juggers from the backside can jump down.

@kais3rsoz3 Juggernauts from behind will shoot constantly, yes. If you move under the plane though the game sometimes think you aren't in the second half of the map yet and the juggernauts from the front just wait. Juggernauts jumping down seems to occur more on consoles then it does the PC, although you should try to avoid or minimise the time you spend sticking around the plane.

im not comparing times saying you take to slow or anything but im just pointing this out

i managed to do this by running thru the op, sticking to the right the whole time and when there were guys infront, quickly kill them with m4a1 then run. when the jugs came, i threw a flash bang at them, then continued to run, once i got the intel and went thru the plane, i stuck to the left hand side and got to the end.

It works for some, but not for others. Many of the people who this strategy appeals to like myself have tried to finish the mission as quickly as possible but this usually results in not being able to complete the mission. I appreciate you actually reading previous comments and making the effort to acknowledge things unlike some others who just rush into the 'you know what' comments.

Makes me laugh how many go on about how long an Op took .. who gives a rat's ass! It's not a race and the object is to complete it, not see who did it quickest.

i had three juggers from the back and none from the front. one from the back tried to jump down, but it was like in slow motion, it took him some seconds- so i had enough time to kill him.He was not really shooting at me, more in the air.>> nice juggi.
