First, it was the social media consultants. Then it was marketing firms and ad agencies. Now it's the big 4 consulting firms. Where are all of these social media gurus coming from? And more importantly, with the "big four" now preparing "million dollar" social media integration and change management packages for their enterprise clients, the question I can't seem to be able to answer is "who is building these packages?" Who at the "big four" knows enough about Social Media strategy, implementation, management, execution, troubleshooting and management to actually pull this off? Hmmm.
"How do you reach out..."
How do you reach out to militant, violent, dogmatically-driven terrorists that want nothing more than to wipe you out of existence?

Great clip and completely agree that it's likely that the Big4 will not dedicate the required resources to strategize, implement, execute and measure these campaigns effectively. They're used to dealing in massive assembly line teams, not conducive to true understanding of your client's objectives, followers and opportunities. BTW - what was the article you were referring to by @jowyang?
