Those guys protesting these Nazi style, internal checkpoints in America are the true American patriots. Internal checkpoints in America are a very sad thing to see. This video showed the police handcuffing people for no reason and violating their 4th amendment constitutional rights. When are Americans going to educate themselves and wake up?

the best way to legally fight these (at least in alot of states) is to barely crack the window,or better yet,keep it up and talk to them that way,ask if you are being detained,if not then leave.if so,ask "under suspicion of what crime am i being detained" then demand a supervisor and state trooper,and keep your trap shut.

Ridley, are you aware that you have to be 21 to purchase a handgun in Commifornia? So basically, adults between 18 and 20 do not have the right to purchase a vast majority of firearms protected by the 2nd Amendment. It's complete bullshit. I have no idea how it was allowed to come in effect.

i've been stoped twice at check points and i don't drink or do drugs but i do stop and i ask alot o f question and tie up there little natzi party for way longer than they like and i mean I tie them up they hate it i can tell,they were happy to see me get in my car and leave ,just tell them your life story and whats up with the ss tactics.

Maybe these people are under arrest for outstanding warrants...not necessarily for DUI...and if somebody is noticeably impaired, or admits to being so, a roadside sobriety test is not necessary. All a RST is for is to judge reaction time and co-ordination when sobriety is in doubt.

People are handcuffed because they are UNDER ARREST - that does NOT violate their 4th amendment rights. As long as a person is advised of their rights upon arrest, and of the validity of the arrest by way of Habeas Corpus, then it is completely legal and correct. Don't like getting arrested, then DON'T BREAK THE LAW!
