Did you see the scan progress ? Is any files found ?

thank you for responding. Yes there where over 450 files found. They went to my documents and they say convar. I try to open them and nothing....

Strange !
Basically it says 450 files found and when you are going to destination folder, there are no files or you see the files but when you open it is corrupted or did not properly open ?

Exactlly. When I open each pic, it just shows some default image...Am desperate.....

Unfortunately I don't know why it is not working.
Try some other s/w and better luck next time
