@LeJo82 yep, I did this with a dumbbell and it caused my old back strain to flare up. So if you have any kind of back problems be careful with this!

Yuri please do more kettlebell exercises. i've been doing mma,muay hai and Brazilian jiu jistu for about a year now and i only know 3 exercises including this one.

i showed these to my gym buddy the other week after seeing them in another video, he is extremely fit, I.E. he's a cross country runner, rugby player, weight lifter etc, he was dying because of these, they are really intense, cheers for sharing :D
