The vodka is from Poland, the difference between apple juice and apple cider europe is the alchohol content, and pear cider, raspberry cider, strawberry cider, mixed berry cider etc

hendricks gin is good, make a hendricks g&t they way they suggest, with a slice of cucumber instead of a lemon or a lime, makes it a completly new drink, very refreshing :)

@TheShredway Yeah, I make apple cider and that is correct. Apple cider is just pressing the grinded up apples and then pasturizing that (how we do it, it goes through a machine to uv light pasturize it). If you don't pasturize it, you can take that unpasturized cider (can't sell it) and make hard (alcoholic) cider out of it. You just keep it cold, add other flavoring to it and let it ferment. Apple juice is apple cider but you boil the cider and separate the sediments to make it clearer.

Whats the difference between apple juice and apple cider?
nehctik1986 1 year ago
@nehctik1986 depends on your definition and country. In the US, our cider is darker and not usually pasteurized so it doesn't last as long. Apple juice is gold, filtered and may or may not have additional sugar (and may or may not have "100% juice")
