"She's back?"
"Yes and now she wants me to forgive her after 11 long years of abuse from my dad!"
"did she tell you why she left?"
"Yeah it's because my dad used to hit her! so she left a five year old girl to get beat every day because of HER! That that...UGH I HATE HER!" I Started to cry again.
"i wish i was dead! Just shoot me now before things get worse!"
"JEANETTE! Dont ever talk like that!"
"I'm sorry it's Just not fair Nick!"
"I know Jeanette allot of things aren't fair." he hugged me then grabbed my hand and started to walk in the direction i came from.
"....WAIT WHAT WERE GOING BACK!?!"
"Yes we have to straiten things out." i sighed.
"Look Nick about earlier i'm really sorry for overreacting..." Nick sopped walking and so did i. i looked into Nicks eyes and i could tell already that he was really sorry.
"Jeanette no i'm sorry i shouldn't have yelled at you about something so stupid. the truth is i would tell you what happened because i trust you. please forgive me?"
"...i don't know Nick this is a tuff one..." i brought my hand up to my chin and started acting like i was thinking.
"Oh..well it's okay if you don't..."
"Nick i was just playing with you! of course i forgive you!" i punched him playfully.
"hahaha very funny. But i am glad you forgave me!" i laughed and we continued to walk to my house I walked in and nick waited behind the door so that he can hear and see what is going on but my mom cant. I heard a crash then saw my mom stomp down the stairs.
"OH! their you are!"
"..."
"I have some good news!"
"what!" i snapped at her.
"i'm moving in with you!" she held out her arms ready for a hug.
"WHAT? NO!"
"Well you really don't have a choice. You have no more family and all your cousins hate you....i wouldn't want to leave you alone now would i?" i can tell she's lying.
"I WILL NOT STAY WITH YOU! I'M STAYING WITH NICK!"
"Your still friends with that curly headed freak? i thought he would of dumped you by now. I'm impressed!"
"HE IS NOT A FREAK HE'S THE NICEST SWEETEST GUY THEIR IS!"
"Oh! looks like someone has a little crush?"
"Nicks my best friend!"
"yeah uh huh?" Nick came in and stood next to me.
"Oh nick! darling! long time no see huh?"
"Dont act all sweet because we all know your not." i looked at nick i didn't know he had it in him!
"see thats where your wrong! all these years i was the 'bad mom' for leaving my daughter to be abused so i'm here to be the good guy and become the mother of my ugly brat daughter so people will leave me alone."
"I WILL NOT LIVE WITH YOU YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!"
"Wrong again! you already signed for me to take full legal guardianship of you." what?
"I didn't sign anything!?" my mom dug through her purse and pulled out some papers and dangled it in front of my face and sure enough their was my signature in pen. I didn't sign anything! The signature is mine but the handwriting isn't. it so fancy. Wait the only explanation would be is...
"You forged my signature!"
"Why yes i did! and i think i did a good job too!" she looked at the paper and smiled. She stuck the papers back in her purse.
"And your not going to tell!" she said looking at Nick. why is she looking at Nick?"
"What makes you think that!?" my mom took a pocket knife out of her pocket then grabbed me by my arm and held it to my throat so it was touching my skin. i started to sweat and breath uneasy.
"You wouldn't?" nick said only looking at me.
"you want to test that theory?" nick looked up at my mom then me his fists clenched and his face was red from anger.
"I killed her brother. and i'm not afraid to kill her." my eyes widened Nick looked at me.
"Let her go...i wont tell." my mom held onto me and put the knife back in her pocket she pushed me on the ground and walked out the door before she left she turned around.
"if you want jeanette safe and alive dont tell a soul." and with that she turned around and left. I was crying on the wood floor coughing from all the drama. Nick ran over to me and hugged me he started to cry with me.
"god kami why didn't you tell me!?"
"She threatened me but not with another persons life she threatened me with my own life." Nick was crying in my shoulder and he had a good grip on my neck. he let go of me and picked me up wedding style he brought me back to his house and set me down on his bed.

stupid computer i loaded the video and was typing in the story when it loaded to a different page so i lost all my stuff! STUPID COMPUTER!
