Thank you for posting. There is so much more to what went on in the conquest of North America that most "Americans" fail to understand. However, at least you decided to take a look at it and reflect on some of the complexities of being a conquistador. It was not easy and caused a lot of harm and death among many innocent people. And yes, money was at the root of it disiguised under the cloak of christianity. It continues to this day and at least you are becoming more aware. Thank you!
