I second Zenni Optical!!! I just bought two pairs of glasses for my daughter and they are GREAT quality...if not BETTER than the quality of my glasses that cost me $400! My daughter's two pairs were $40 including shipping!!!

Astigmatism is what causes the floating eyes when reading. It might take a while for the glasses to correct it and you'll have to wear them often if you want to fix the astigmatism without surgery. Also, wearing glasses should strengthen the muscles in your eyes rather than weaken them (hence why it would help astigmatism if I remember correctly).

Hello Mel, Wearing glasses do not make your eyes weaker....must be an old wives tale....as you age you may need reading glasses later...focusing ability decreases with age...something to look forward to...wear them and enjoy...regards...

Millions of ppl who need glasses don't have them. My brother in law would laugh at me for needing glasses. One day he put mine on and looked out into the garden. A few weeks later I visited and guess what? Yep he was wearing his new prescription glasses.
Do u know where I can by rose tinted lenses, lol!
