Holding lizards upside down can actually suffocate the lizard, they don't have diaphragms to support the lung structure and can only breathe upright. It prevents them from breathing a sufficient amount of oxygen.

@aescly1020 it doesnt relax them. They dont have the breathig muscles we do, so when you hold them upside down they suffocate
