In October 2011 Naoko and I visited Venice and stayed for 5 nights. We stayed in the excellent Sawasdee Guest House http://www.hostelsclub.com/hostel-en-14480.html
that can be booked through the Hostels Club. We really our stay and had temperatures exceeding 20 DegC each day.

Excellent production Mike with good mix of stills and video. I just love Venice and the Dodges palace is my fave piece of architecture. Good music too !

Is Michael Palin aware of the growing threat you are to "travel shows"? Could Vienna be what Coventry would look like if it rained a lot? Calamari looked particularly good.

@prahabike David We really enjoyed our short time there. I am also hoping to return to Prague soon, to hire bikes & cycle north-west.
