i had just made some hanger last weekend (beef) for the 1st time, our butcher always has it. it was really tender and delicious! how do you think the wok would work with onions? think they'd fall out the holes?

@R6bbie Thank for watching. The wok works good on onion, but as you've already figured out, you need pretty chunky pieces. I even lost one of the asparagus pieces through one of the holes.
