Paul Mara Compilation (Welcome to Montreal...again)

Paul Mara (born September 7, 1979) is an American professional ice hockey player currently playing for the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). He attended Belmont Hill High School and was drafted 7th overall in the first round of the 1997 NHL Entry Draft by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

On June 26, 2006, he was traded to the Boston Bruins for fellow defenseman Nick Boynton.

On February 27, 2007, Mara was traded to the New York Rangers for Aaron Ward.

On July 4, 2008, Mara resigned with the Rangers for 1-year, $1.95 million.

On July 10, 2009, Mara signed as a free agent with the Montreal Canadiens.

Despite his surname and birthplace in Ridgewood, New Jersey, he is not related to the famed Mara Family, who are best known for their ownership of the New York Giants football team.

Mara was raised in Belmont, Massachusetts.

This is an awesome compilation...he's been in the league 12 years, so quite a bit of material to browse, but nothing in there from last 2-3 years for sure....

I just don't get why Gauthier went and got him back, Alex Henry in the bulldogs would have been just as good, if not better.....
