  • Gracias Lily por interpretar de manera tan maravillosa la música de mi pais, y de otras culturas, con cosas así vemos que aunque nos separen miles de kilómetros las raices son las mismas..........saludos desde España.....................Fatima.

  • This is a priceless and rare generous exceptional female artist. This combination is not a average find. Her soft spoken but decisive and direct methods are charming and informative. The clasical music she has orignated and represented is entertaining as well as educational. Thank You Lily, Five stars always. Yours,

  • She is excellent. Saw her on WGN Sunday news show. Great tone and emotion.

  • How long are the strings? (Brigde -> nut) - I would guess she's playing on a slightly shorter (640mm?) and denser soundboard..?

  • Tennesee, which is where Memphis is. She teaches here at the University of Memphis, that's where the friends that I mentioned studied under her. Where are you? And oddly enough, your guitar workshop is on my birthday :)

  • what state do u live in??

  • im gonna be able to meet her on feb.26 . she is doing a guitar workshop at my school. we get to work with laurence juber to

  • Such an amazing woman. I have seen her live twice here in Memphis, and she is just incredible, and she is also insanely nice and gracious in person, not to mention beautiful. The total package. I had a couple of friends who studied with her @ U of M, and they said they felt that they became better guitarists just from being in the same room with her! As a guitarist myself, I would love to find the time to take some of her classes personally, rather than just watching her from an audience.

  • Agreed, TomStHubbins. It's not Texas Blues, or a natural minor scale that you usually hear in modern blues, it's classical blues. Very different, but just as cool in its own way.

  • Evet ,haklisin..Bende google'dan arastirdim dinledikten sonra; Avsar'lar sade TR'de yasamiyorlar, nomad olarak Iran'in kuzeyinde Azerbaycan'a yakin bolgede de yasiyorlarmis ve konusmalarini dinledim %80 anladim..
