@tubbzmayn ...I am afraid I have life young man and I dedicate my life helping young East End boys and girls to get a life, so they do not lose their life, like this young man unfortunately did. EDUCATION is the key to a good life and "as I am from the streets" also, but I am a grown up as well, my insights by far outweigh the limited beliefs and understandings of our young that feel that being "hood" is about making the wrong choices. If I am wrong for being a grown up, then I am sorry.

I understand what you are saying kdotman because I have friends and family in jail for acts they need not have got into. However, the point that young people are failing to miss, is the fact that they have the power of choice and that this need not be a negative one. If these young people truly realised how to tap into their potential, then they would be better off...the problem is that, by constantly downing young people in the media, we are contributing to the negative psyche'. They need love!

I know im abit late, but when u grow up on rough estates, theres alotta drugs, crime and that. You get born into it, Its like, these days if you aint "hard" you get bullied, or your a victim, when i used to live in Hackney, all the boys used to attempt to bully me, lucky i have a big brother, anyway most kids dont have much, so there "ends" is the only thing they have, and they protect it
