when you fight you dont care if you are guy ,but just to survive! i do krav maga one year, and i know ways to not hit in the nuts, but it need , i will do it!

@Kirru23 its not a pen. It's called S.D.S. (Self Defence Stick). Thats a little pen-sized metal stick. It's also known as Kubotan.

IMHO she didnt´t do the titty-twister, she had something in her hand, probably small knife or something like this(pen etc.)...you can see it in the end of the video
