this is on a 5th mix machine where speed mods did NOT exist.  I believe this was basic he was doing it on.

Agggg. I actually hated this "routine" out of all the ones I've done because I was ill prepared for it.

I had no clue what I was doing, I only remembered about half the steps and this was really when I first started.
