You have the luxury of making unsubstantiated allegations and handing out extreme labels, for now.
I and many others see Mr. West as a dedicated public servant with integrity and a backbone. If we do not replace the spineless and corrupt criminals in DC quickly, you may not find yourself in such a luxurious position.

And myself, I judge Mr West quite capable to be VP; for that matter, POTUS

I do implore Mr West to be quite choosy of who's ticket he may run on in future

This is the same guy who tortured an Iraqi civilian by shoving his head in a clearing barrel and firing off several rounds, rendering him deaf.
He narrowly escaped court-martial because he is black and the military is too P.C. to go after rising black stars.

@LLORT3 Your contrary account of the details is unsubstantiated at best. Your profile shows you in Israel. Consider that were it not for heros like LTC West and the US armed forces, your country would have likely been overrun with "civilians" from every direction long, long ago. Pretty certain they would annihilate most of the population given the chance. Perhaps a note of thanks is more in order.
