This is HOT! This IS hot! THIS is hot! Correct me if I am wrong, but the guy seemed to be a priest. That's what makes it sexually so arousing. A priest - a man of God - grovelling at the feet of a sexy vampire, pleading to be allowed to worship her and be her servant for an eternity. And the poor bustard was moaning in limitless agony and pleasure when she sunk her fangs in his neck.
