Please listen to Micheal Brecker's version. This IS indeed modern, but so effing contrived. It's a Sandborn wash of a classic, way the F out of context OMG. Sandborn sound has it 's place, and there is absolutely NOTHING like it. But this song deserves something more. Try to take is up ONE notch from Brecker, or maybe not - something more than broken notes.
