this video shows Master Yu's high level of Chen Taijichuan, he is performing Xin Jia or New Frame. His level of overall GongFu knowledge is amazing... nydragon7 knows what he is talking about when he speaks of this Master. Master Yu is one of the top Chen Taiji Masters in the United States today.

Yeah, you're right. I guess I just use Chen Xiao-wang as my comparison too much. If they can't compare with his skills, then they just look kind of wimpy. So, why not study the best instead of the second best?

His parts aren't connected. This is a dance, not high level Chen style. Doesn't look like he knows applications, just the moves.

For you to make that statement leads me to believe you yourself have not reached any high level training, at least internally. This man is from Chen village and is regarded as one of their best prodigies. His skill as a practioner and fighter is second to none, and the reason why it looks pieced is due to his involvment of every part of his body, something very few Chen (or any Tai Chi)practioners ever achieve!
