Any chance you could post the picking pattern for the chorus? I've got the chords okay, and can figure out the verse, but I can't figure out what your picking hand is doing from the video.

can you please post another video tutorial of this song? it will be great! thx

Really cute cover, good job! :)

Die Chords:
A
H7 mit kleinem Finger auf d (H-Seite 3. Bund)
E
Beim Refrain:

I really like the upbeat tempo of your version. It will take me some time to figure out the fingering as I'm a newbie, but it will be worth it! What chords are you playing on your left hand?

@tophtoph This is a demonstration of how I play my cover version of the song (see my notes). It's not supposed to be a reproduction of the original or of the Peter Gabriel version.

I love ths version, but I cannot at my best will figure out the way you play it. I can get the chords, but the strings (mostly due to the videos quality) a mistery.
If you or anyone else could give me a hint or even write down a tab real fast I´d be very grateful!

I"ve never written tab before, so it would probably take me hours. Basically I play the bass notes with my thumb, then pluck the DGB strings with my first 3 fingers. I do an upstroke on the high E string with the back of my thumbnail on the '3and' count, and slap down on the strings for a percussive effect on the 2 and 4 counts.

i love it!

do you have the sheet for this?!?!
i wanna play it on my gutair!!

Sorry, I don't have the sheet, and would take me hour to type it as I have no practics at it... but I hope you can figure it out by looking at my fingers. Its a very simple song and there are many ways to play it. I like the contrast between the rythmic verse and flowing chorus with this arrangement.
