  • You might consider emailing Sunny Choi in Hong Kong and see if he has the ribber brackets in stock. jackyknitting@ gmail.com

  • You can contact one of the dealers who does Brother repairs about a part. I have some dealer links at my blog.

It is helpful, too, to keep those brackets greased.

Check out the blog for a complete ribber course. Scroll down the left-hand side and it shows the vairous courses, diananatters dot blogspot dot com.

  • Sorry, Carole, I don't understand what you're asking.

  • I am knitting your Tam, but I end up with 421 rows, can´t figure out what I am doing wrong. What do you do with the last needle on the right side? Do you take the yarn under it, or do you just put it to work?

  • Great video as usual Diana! Can I do this on my bulky machine? Do you have a pattern I can purchase for the bulky?

  • Hi, Diane,

I found your videos while searching for help on my ribber. I have a Brother 965i, with a KR 850 ribber. It's been put away for a long time, and now that I'm getting it going again, the left bracket doesn't hold or click down to disingage. I think I'm missing a part of the bracket. Is there any advicse you could give me?
