i LOVE THIS THING!!!!
before i bought the straps, i was going into an isometric pullup on my bar, THEN doing the exercises, but i was getting tired out in the back and arms after about 20-25 reps; LONG before i started REALLY hitting my abs. With these straps, i can [almost] hit 40 reps. (almost) lol
doesn anyone have the workout poster or a site where i can look it up? i don't know what happened, but i lost mine.

u guys are dumb these products they make r great and worth the money i have went from 4 to 6 pack and got huge arms in 2 weeks tops it is fast and easy i have got people at my school buying them now i have every perfect product i recomend the perfect sit up it tones in supper fast and gives u nice abs thanks for this product ill keep getting people to buy them keep making stuff

do the straps get in the way so much where you have to take them on and off? Meaning, are the ab straps that distracting where you can't do the other exercises?
