@MVPacMan23 actually ur wrong, it over excersizes ur knees and the repetetive jumps only harms u ... jumping is all about explosion and force vs speed..

Ive sprained my right achiles tendant ( or whateva ) anyone knows how to recover from it ? ive once sprained my left legs tendant, i recovered like 1 year now my right -_-.

if u feel like u really need a workout to jump higher go ahead, but all u have to do is stretch and jump ALL THE TIME. when i was younger i was always jumpin to c how high i could touch and i used to b able to jump pretty high for a 5'9" white dude

Than you have no idea... Air Alert does nothing to your knees if you do it o the proper surface. That's like saying Ultimate frisbee is a potentially fatal sport. Sure, if you play it with grenades.
