hey my friend very nice your videos, i want to continue my training do you do a lot of weight training ( with weights) or more bodyweight training? and how many reps do you do when you use weights 8-12 or more? thanks and good luck with you training

Do both weight and body weight training are great. I prefer very high reps (20 - 30) to develop muscle endurance and lean out. Flexibility and agility are better over power in mind view. Good luck and see my other videos for training techniques and methods...
