  • Ok Mate.. at least one off knew the ? " nam I recon. I still go back alone some times. Armed or swimming in cold. I Like the lead..

  • Hi John. Yeah today it is more efficient to mix on the computer with good software. I mean my Tascam 8 track has a computer hard drive in it so I am recording digitally just like on the computer. Commect your keyboard to the computer and record 1 track at a time and your doing the same thing I do!

  • Very technically sophisticated, Dean. I've got to try MIDI and keyboard (I play a little piano, also). The only mixer medium I've used is a TASCAM board with high-grade cassettes (an I'm afraid it shows, sound-quality wise), although I could create multi-track recordings with software apps I do have (Cool Edit, et al). Thanks for the enlightenment. Appreciatively, John

  • Thank you John! Several Midi tracks first. 1 track for each instrument then I send the Music from the diskette in the keyboard to my 8 track. Vocal blend on Chorus is 2 low vocals and 2 high vocals for a 4 voice Blend. I did 5 tracks total for the main mix. 4 vocals and 1 music track. I don't count putting the MIDI together because that is all done in the keyboard.
