  • The world record is 183kg by a 93kg woman.

  • The thickness of the plates does not matter, it depends on what the plates are made from. Like i said before, she is obviously very strong but it is just not possible for a human being who is only 65kg to bench 200kg. I've been training and teaching for many years and the only person i saw bench press 200kg was a friend of mine whose bodyweight was 114kg. He had been training for a long time and was very strong.

  • that was a nice deadlift haha

  • that's a strong barbell row and controlled too. But why is that woman holding onto the bar?

  • No way that was 200kg....

  • I want 33 seconds of my life back

  • No form, plus alot of help.... So where did she actully, herself, lift those 200 kilos?

  • This is fuking shittt

  • 1. I agree with stints123, no woman would ever be able to bench press 200 kg RAW. this is obviously fake

    2. her form is horrible, even if it was real that lift would never had passed

    3. the guy behind her is lifting the wieght for her, obviously this is a so called BENCHLIFT!

no hating, just saying. good luck with getting stronger anyway.

  • 10lb bumper plates.

    Case closed.

  • 200 fannies

  • nice arch, good form.
